Overview of Position

Paid Administrative Internship

Job Description

3 day/week commitment

Bortolami seeks an administrative intern for our program.

Responsibilities
  • Running general gallery errands, including dropping off FedEx and USPS Shipments
  • Creating PDFs for the sales team in InDesign
  • Assisting with openings and events, as needed
  • Assisting with artist and artwork related research projects
  • Maintaining gallery library and the bookshelf downstairs
  • Press archiving (Digital using InDesign and Hard Copy)
  • Helping with website maintenance using WordPress
  • Ensuring there are press releases and checklists available for visitors, making sure gallery iPads are charged
  • Helping with tidiness/organizing of kitchens, and trash and recycling

Qualifications

Degree in Art History or other related coursework.

Compensation

Hourly wage, $15/hour
